Please note that for food safety reasons, perishable goods can only be returned if they arrive damaged or spoiled.

Upload clear photos of the product and packaging, especially if the item arrived damaged or is past its expiration date.
Package and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
